What we collect
Account information (name, address, billing details), device and SIM identifiers needed to provision service, and usage data (call, text, and data records) required to deliver and bill for service.
How we use it
To provision and maintain your line, bill you accurately, respond to support requests, and meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to telecommunications carriers.
Who we share it with
Roaming and network partners, as needed to route calls and data outside our own coverage footprint; payment processors; and law enforcement when legally compelled. We do not sell customer data.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it (subject to record-keeping obligations we’re legally required to retain) by emailing hello@northlinemobile.com.
