Service
Northline Mobile provides mobile voice, text, and data service on a month-to-month basis. No fixed-term contract is required; either party may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Fair use
Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable network-management practices. During periods of network congestion, heavy users may be temporarily deprioritized relative to other customers.
Billing
Service is billed in advance each month. A failed payment may result in suspension of service until the balance is resolved.
Coverage disclaimer
Coverage maps are estimates, not guarantees. We encourage you to confirm service at your specific address with us before switching.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file.
